Balloon Festival and Asparagus Family Fun Run The Evesham Balloon Festival and Asparagus Family Fun Run is on Friday to Sunday June 11th -13th 2010 and promises to be a great fun day out for all the family. We have a Hot Air Balloon Display, tethered and free rides, sporting and classic cars, and boat trips. The entire day culminates in a fantastic “night glow” spectacle of Air Balloons, Music, Lasers and Pyrotechnics. Balloon club launches 6.30am & 6:30pm, Friday to Sunday morning. Note:All balloon events subject to weather conditions.   Santa is back in Evesham this Christmas Every year Santa comes to visit all the children in Evesham to see what they would like for Christmas. Evesham Country Park We also heard that Santa will be at the Evesham Country Park when he is not travelling in and around Evesham visiting all the children. Click on the picture to see when he will be there.....   Phoenix Scalextrix - The big race!  We were all out in form on Tuesday and had a huge time racing slot cars. The track and all races are computer controlled and those who were not racing were spread out catching cars as they came off the track... Loads of fun was had by all and with the final race complete the results were in.... 1st Place went to Ian McWilliam, 2nd was Andy Wasall, and 3rd place went to Colin Lewis-Painter. Congratulations    Round table annual Raft Race It was an excellent evening of rafting this year with a large number of Tables in attendance from all over the area. The competition was fierce and the winners were... well that would telling... Click to find out...       Evesham Table get driving tips from teenage champion! Cassey Watson is currently the British Womens Racing Drivers Club champion twice running... this young woman has won more than few races and is one of Britain's up and coming racing stars. Evesham Table were privileged to have Cassey come and speak to them at the Riverside Hotel Offenham. A great night was had by all and Cassey gave an excellent account of how she started in the racing world and how that has shaped both her own future and that of her family. We look for forward to seeing her progress during the course of the year.... go Cassie!
